Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges (Size Only)

We offer size exchanges only, not returns or refunds for change of mind.

You may request a size exchange within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and confirm the exchange approval within 2 business days. If the requested size is available, we will dispatch it promptly. Shipping charges for the exchange may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival, or

  • We are unable to fulfill the requested size exchange due to unavailability.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
