We inspect it and confirm approval within two business days of receiving it, and if your size is available we dispatch it promptly. Shipping charges for the exchange may apply. No, and we would rather say so here than at the end. Because pieces are made to order in small numbers, we offer size exchanges rather than returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Where a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, or where we cannot fulfil the size exchange you asked for. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within ten business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
